NEW ZEALAND: $30 Express Shipping. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

UNITED STATES: $25 Standard Shipping. Please allow 6-10 days for delivery. Multiple items $70

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release you order from customs on arrival. Batu will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. 

We ship our orders from our warehouses in Australia and Indonesia using Australia Post and DHL Express. All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of receiving order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and unique tracking number to track the delivery of your goods. 
DHL do not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign.

We do offer a refund within seven days of delivery.

We only refund or exchange if the product HAS NOT BEEN WORN. Any product sent back that has been worn will be shipped back to the customer and no refund provided.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR SHOES DEEMED TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE. Leather can take some time to soften and wear in. Everyone's feet are different and while our shoes have been tested to ensure they are comfortable and don't rub, we cannot guarantee this will be the same for you.

You will need to send back your original order within SEVEN DAYS via a tracked postage method. Once we have received your return package in its original condition, we will then issue you an exchange or refund.

Please note, we do not reimburse customer shipping costs for size exchanges or refunds.

In the highly unlikely event of faulty merchandise, we will require the item is posted back for assessment. If deemed faulty, we will offer a REPAIR or REPLACEMENT first, or refund if no replacement is available - and also reimburse the cost of your postage.
